For commercial HVAC companies with room on the schedule

1 commercial account meeting on your calendar in 30 days.

Without cold calling, hiring a salesperson, or buying another list.

Tell us what a strong account looks like. We map the buildings in your service area, find the person who picks the HVAC provider, and handle every message, follow-up and reply until the meeting is on your calendar. If we do not book at least one, you get the full $750 back.

Why the first five companies pay half price

ServiceLeads is built by Kairos Integrations LLC. For the past few years, we have built outreach and follow-up systems that turn the right contacts into real business conversations. Now we are bringing that experience to commercial HVAC. The first five companies pay $750 instead of $1,500 because we want this launch to be an easy yes and a clear win. You get the full system, personal follow-up, and the Booked Calendar Guarantee from day one.

Talk to the team first

Your team can handle more commercial work. Finding it should not become your second job.

Referrals come when they come. Emergency calls come when the weather turns. Neither one builds the steady account base that fills the schedule month after month.

Weather does not build a steady account base.

Hot and cold spells can fill the schedule for a few weeks. Maintenance agreements pay across the year and pull repair, retrofit and replacement work behind them.

New-account work is the first thing pushed aside.

Researching buildings, finding the right person, making contact and following up all compete with running the company. Running the company wins every time.

A contact list does not put meetings on your calendar.

Names and email addresses leave your team with the sending, chasing, sorting and scheduling. A list gives you another task, not another account.

What another slow quarter actually costs.

Ninety more days of trucks with room on the schedule.

The building you drive past signs with somebody else, and you wait for its next decision window.

Every account worth having already has a provider. The opening comes before a renewal, a budget decision, or a service problem.

That window opens and closes whether or not anyone from your company is in it.

The Territory Method.

Three stages. You approve the territory and the messaging before a single message goes out.

01

The Territory Map

Every commercial building in your service area that fits your team, equipment and account size. Built for your company and used for nobody else. Not a purchased list.

02

The Decision-Maker Match

The person at each building who picks or manages the HVAC provider. Owner, facility manager, or property manager. The person who can say yes, not a general inbox.

03

The Agreement-Ready Screen

We start the conversation, keep following up and personally handle every interested reply. A meeting reaches your calendar only after it clears all five checks.

The five checks

What a meeting must clear before it reaches you.

The business is in your approved service area.
Anything we know about the building, equipment or service needs fits your team.
The contact helps choose or manage the HVAC provider.
There is a real reason to talk about commercial HVAC service.
The person agreed to a specific time.

A name, an email open, or “maybe later” never reaches your calendar as a meeting. That is why we can put a guarantee on it.

At least one meeting with a commercial decision-maker interested in your HVAC services in 30 days, or you do not pay for the month.

We will not take your money for effort. Here is what counts, what we need from you, and what happens if we miss.

01

What counts

Every one of the five checks above. A name, an email open, or a polite reply never counts as a meeting.

02

What we need from you

Approve messaging within five business days. Set up sending access in week one. Keep time open for the meetings.

03

If we miss

You get the full $750 back. You keep the Territory Map, the named contacts and the messaging.

We guarantee the meeting, not the signature. Winning the agreement comes down to your proposal, pricing and team.

The fine print, plainly. A meeting with an interested decision-maker must pass all five checks above. Nothing else counts. If somebody does not show, the meeting does not count. We rebook it or replace it. The guarantee holds as long as the three client steps above happen. The guarantee covers meetings. It does not cover signed agreements.

What you actually end up with.

A pipeline that is only yours.

One service area, the accounts your team wants, and no other HVAC company in that area gets the work we build for you.

A named person at every building.

Not info@. The owner, facility manager or property manager who picks the provider.

Messages in your voice, approved by you.

Built on your real services, licenses and proof. Nothing goes out until you have read it.

Every reply handled by a person.

Interested, unsure, or not right now. Somebody reads it and answers it. No autoresponder decides who is worth talking to.

Meetings that cleared five checks.

A confirmed time with somebody who can say yes, at a building that fits your team, about something real.

A clear picture at day 30.

Buildings contacted, replies, meetings, what worked, and which buildings to go back to and when.

We are not the right fit for every HVAC company.

You already service commercial HVAC systems and have real work to show.
Your team has room for at least one more commercial account.
You can name the service area, equipment and account size you want.
Somebody can attend the meetings and build the proposal.

No setup fee. No message costs. No automatic renewal. Founding companies keep $1,250 a month for as long as they stay active.

Run the math before you spend the money.

Start with conservative numbers. Raise them only when they match the accounts your team already knows.

Four things you are probably thinking.

I do not have time for this.

Plan on about 45 minutes up front to set the service area, equipment and account size. After that, read the messaging and approve it. Your team then shows up to the meetings we book.

$750 is not the real cost. My time and truck rolls are.

Correct. That is why a meeting must clear five checks. We are not paid to send names. The building must fit, the person must help choose the provider, and they must pick a time.

This will not work in my service area.

Find out free. The Territory Map shows you 25 buildings in your area with the decision-maker named. If your area cannot support that list, you see it before you spend a dollar.

I have never heard of you.

Fair. This offer is new. That is why the first five companies pay half price and why your $750 comes back if we do not book at least one meeting. Talk to the team before you decide.

Month two is a decision, not a default.

At day 30 we go through the buildings, replies, meetings and what we learned. Then you choose to stop, change the territory, or keep going.

If you continue, the rate is $1,500 a month, all in. Founding companies keep $1,250 for as long as they stay active. Your service area stays held for you.

The Renewal Calendar is the reason to keep going. The buildings that say not right now in month one are the buildings you want to reach before their next decision window.

Nothing renews on its own. We ask first.

Know exactly what you get, what counts, and what happens next.

What exactly am I getting?+

At least one meeting with a commercial decision-maker interested in your HVAC services on your calendar in 30 days. We map the buildings in your service area that fit your team, find the person who chooses the HVAC provider, write the messages, get your approval, send them, follow up, personally handle every reply, screen the conversation, and book the meeting. If we do not book at least one, you get the $750 back and keep the work we built.

What happens if you do not book a meeting?+

You get the full $750 back. You also keep the Territory Map, the named contacts and the messaging. You are not out the money and you are not out the work.

What counts as a meeting with an interested decision-maker?+

All five checks, every time. The business is in your approved service area. Anything known about the building or equipment fits your team. The contact helps choose or manage the HVAC provider. The decision-maker is interested in discussing your commercial HVAC services. The person agreed to a specific time. A name, an email open, or maybe later never counts as a meeting.

Do you guarantee I will win an agreement?+

No. We control who you get in front of and whether at least one meeting clears the five checks. Winning the agreement comes down to your proposal, your pricing and your team. We guarantee the meeting.

What if my area has already been claimed?+

We tell you before you are charged. If your service area borders a claimed one, we may be able to split it cleanly. If not, you can request the Territory Report for $250, or join the free Territory Watch and hear first when the area opens.

How do you define a service area?+

We define it with you before payment. It can be a metro, a county list, or a practical driving radius. Nearby companies can use separate territories when their approved areas do not overlap.

Are these shared leads?+

No. Your list is built for your company and used only for your company. We also work with one commercial HVAC company per approved service area.

Are these residential homeowner calls?+

No. This is commercial only. We reach owners, facility managers, property managers, and multi-site operators who help choose the HVAC provider for their buildings.

What do you need from me?+

About 45 minutes up front. Tell us your service area, the accounts and equipment you want, the smallest account worth taking, and the proof we can point to. After that, approve the messaging and have somebody available to take the meetings.

Will my name be attached to messages I have not seen?+

Never. You approve every message before one goes out, and you can change anything. Your reputation in your service area matters too much to risk.

What happens at the first meeting?+

It goes on your calendar with everything we learned, including the building, the known equipment, the current service setup, the reason they agreed to talk, and the timing. That is the conversation that can move into a site survey and maintenance proposal.

Do I need new software?+

No. We work with what you already use, or we give you a simple view of buildings, replies, meetings and next steps.

Does the $750 cover everything for the first 30 days?+

Yes. The first 30 days cost $750 all in. There is no setup fee, no separate message cost, and no surprise extra. The rate is half of the standard $1,500 price because the first five companies let us document the work and results as a case study.

What happens after 30 days?+

We review everything together and you choose to stop, adjust, or continue. Ongoing work costs $1,500 a month all in. Founding companies keep $1,250 a month for as long as they stay active. Nothing renews automatically. We ask first.

Who is behind this?+

ServiceLeads is a product of Kairos Integrations LLC. Nate and the ServiceLeads team are new to this commercial HVAC offer. That is why the first five companies pay half price and why the Booked Calendar Guarantee puts the risk on us while we build the first documented case studies.

Start with the map. It costs nothing.

Twenty minutes on a call and you will see 25 commercial buildings in your service area, each with the person who helps pick the HVAC provider named. You keep it whether or not you buy anything.

Delivered live on a 20 minute call. You keep the 25-building map whether or not you buy anything.

If your service area is taken, we tell you on the first call. If it is open, it stays open until somebody claims it.

Put the Territory Method to work in your service area.

We check territory and fit first. If the area is open, we confirm the next step. If it is taken, you are not charged.
