How we handle your information.

Information we collect
When you request a Territory Map or a founding spot, we collect the details you enter. These may include your name, company, work email, phone number, service area, commercial HVAC experience and current capacity.
How we use it
We use your information to check territory availability, build the requested map, contact you about the request, qualify the company for the Account Sprint, deliver the work and improve the offer.
Where it is stored
Form records may be stored by the hosting platform used for the site and may also be sent to our business email tools. We limit access to people and providers who need the information to run ServiceLeads.
What we do not collect here
Do not enter payment card numbers, passwords, private medical information, or other sensitive personal information into these forms. Payment details, when used, are handled by a separate payment provider.
Analytics
The site may record basic actions such as page views, button clicks, calculator use, form starts and form submissions. We use this information to understand whether the page works and where visitors get stuck.
Retention and deletion
We keep lead and client records for as long as they help us answer the request, provide the service, meet legal duties, or maintain normal business records. You may ask us to correct or delete your information.
